The typical and atypical way I want to attack the B2B market

We have to keep growing. One way to do this is through B2B. A couple of months ago I had taken priority over influencers. We can’t do everything at once. We have to go step by step, although I wish it weren’t like that.

We will have one more meeting related to the topic of influencers, but judging by the results, I don’t think the topic will go any further. We will continue with the affiliate program, but we will stop pushing it as we are doing right now.

We will probably shift our focus to focus more on B2B.

Typical B2B route

Let’s start with the more traditional part. Here we will apply acquisition tactics from physical stores that sell Pokémon cards, video games, Funko, etc. in their establishments.

We will do what will cost us the most: cold calling. I will start by making x calls each week to test the sales pitch. I see up to five people who could make calls each week.
